I launched my company to help unite couples and families, to facilitate people to pursue their investment and future goals in Canada and to help clients from being cheated or fraud by incompetent or non-licensed consultants. Most other consultants use other lawyers to go to court for them, but I go to hearings to appeal for my clients myself. I also have the knowledge of both Vietnamese and English, so when the interpreter performs poor or wrong translation, I can point that out and save my clients from failing due to poor translation.
I work hard for my clients and always think of what is best for them and not us. As a business, we continually provide high-quality work and act in accordance with the highest standard of professionalism and morals. We are honest with our clients and prepare cases in such a way that we ensure a positive future in the long run.
We have come a long way since I first entered the business over fifteen years ago. Today, we are more professional, productive, and efficient: we have an online internal communication system that allows clients case status updates instantly by any of our employees. Our internal communication system also enables information to flow smoothly between our staff. Moreover, it allows me to travel to support clients from outside Canada without interrupting my normal working practice, so we always meet deadlines while maintaining professional and best quality work. Our employees are even hired and trained according to the international standard levels.
Presently, our brand name is very high. When people ask for high quality, prestige, high reputation immigration law company, they get referred to us. We are very popular in our own community in Canada plus Vietnam. We have a branch in Hochiminh city in Vietnam to support and provide direct instructions to our clients on the Vietnam side and agents in North Vietnam to support other aspects of the cases.
Assisting or facilitating business clients to pick the right choice and seeing them settled and successful in Canada with the least costs fills me with immense pride. It is fulfilling to witness clients unite in refused cases or see their happy tears after they win a court case, especially saving cases that were ruined or done badly by other agencies or companies.
In my spare time, I like doing charity work. I am the founder of a non-profit organization in Canada and charity in Vietnam called Shareyourlove Relief Inc., founded in 2004 and currently operating legally and strongly, especially in Vietnam. I also love art and music.
