This is a family's sistuation, my circumstance was too complicated than normal people. Being compassion and well-knowlege of both teams in Vietnam and Canada, they helped me to complete the doccument very carefully. The most important thing, the staffs treat me like a relative. I feel like so comfortable to share my unique story like no one could get that before. Today, I'm over the moon because my son will arrive in Canada to live permanently with me under instructing of the Apex's immigraton team. My review is lengthy but important as to why I chose Apex Migration Legal Services. I heard about Apex Migration through my then newly encountered girlfriend; she had noticed a number of Apex’s videos on Facebook which indicated to me that they were knowledgeable professionals in their field. It was a rocky start at first because when I contacted Aline (Uyen) Nguyen, she had twice declined to take our case for sponsorship citing the probability of a fake marriage arrangement. This in fact enticed me to pursue their services even more because it showed me that they were legitimate professionals that care about getting their applications approved rather than some I know that just want to take your money regardless of whether you get approved or not. I kept pressing until Aline agreed to have an interview with my then girlfriend and I upon which she reluctantly agreed to take our case. I am so thankful that she did because I am Portuguese which makes me a foreigner to my Vietnamese girlfriend which at the time knew very little English. My application included sponsorship of my soon to be wife living in Canada on a Visitor Visa and her two sons that lived in Vietnam. With the skillful aid of Aline, Ms. Trang, and their office staff in Vietnam, they made sure that all the necessary documents were in order and all the “i”s were dotted and “t”s crossed before submitting the application. The application was approved without question or interview and PR cards arrived within 7 months of having sent the application. We are all now happily united in Canada! Although the IRCC website states you can apply yourself without hiring a consultant, I would never have been able to succeed without the expert guidance of Apex.
